In-Person:
Foundation training plan: once a week (4 sessions per month) - $280/month

Momentum training plan: twice a week (8 sessions per month) - $560/month

Elite training plan: three times a week (12 sessions per month) - $840/month 

Online:
Momentum online training plan: twice a week (8 sessions/month) - $440/month

Elite online training plan: three times a week (12 sessions/month) - $660/month 


You are committing to recurring monthly training plans.

Minimum commitment: 1 month, after that it auto-renews.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session will forfeit that session.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to retain your slot.
