Intentional self care

Self care isn’t only done in the gym, but outside of the gym. It’s a daily conscious decision you make for yourself. This means prioritizing your sleep (6-8 hours daily), eating foods that will fuel you and support you,  drinking plenty of water, managing mental health and mental clarity, and making time for yourself and your personal interests. 

Delicious meal plannning

Trying to stick to a healthy diet can be difficult, especially when you feel like you need to eat the same thing for every meal. I’m here to tell you that doesn’t need to be your reality. There are so many fun and healthy recipes out there that you can eat while sticking to your physique and fitness goal. If you don’t have the time or energy to plan something out, then let me be here to help you! 

HEALTHY HABITS

Healthy habits can be difficult to stick to, if you aren’t used to creating those habits, but small changes go a long way. Focus on some things you’ve been wanting to change about your lifestyle and implement healthier alternatives weekly/monthly. Going from 0 to 100 is hard to stick to with consistency - so start small and embrace the little wins. Stay disciplined with your goals! Remember: this is you vs. you. Stay true to yourself so you can keep those healthy habits going. And soon they will become second nature. 

ENJOYABLE WORKOUTS

Working out can get boring, or repetitive, so following a fun and enjoyable workout program can help you stick to your fitness goals, long term. It doesn’t need to be boring and with a supportive monthly program it gets done a lot easier. Not only enjoyable but the second you step into the gym or start your workout you don’t even need to think what you want to do that day, it’s already planned out and ready for you.

Hi! I’m Ana Hoeferle, a passionate 20-year-old helping others create a lifestyle where they can truly thrive.

My mission is to guide people toward their goals and help make their dreams a reality. Having personally navigated challenges with body image, I understand how important it is to feel confident in your own skin. I’m here to show that you’re already perfect just as you are, whether you want to find more balance in your life, hit new personal records, improve tackeling day-to-day activities, or grow your endurance, im here to help support your goals. To push you to help add a little discipline, motivation, and guidance to your lifestyle. Helping you guide your way to a better lifestyle. 

 

I earned my ISSA certification in 2024, though I’ve been training since I was 13. Each step of my journey has taught me valuable lessons, and I’m constantly learning and growing alongside my clients.

My target audience has been women with slower metabolisms, as it's an area I’m more knowledgeable about. I feel confident in supporting others who face the same challenges. However, I am eager and willing to help anyone who is looking for it!

We offer personalized meal plans tailored to your dietary needs, preferences, and goals - whether that’s releasing weight, gaining muscle, or simply creating healthier eating habits. Each plan is designed to fit your lifestyle and support your long-term wellness.

How do I track my progress?

Until our app is up and running, we will create a customized document just for you. You’ll have access to it anytime, and it will include dedicated slots for tracking your workouts, weight journey, meal plan, and progress pictures - so you can clearly see your growth over time.

Can I access my workouts through your program?

Yes! Until the app is up and running, all your workouts will be organized in a customized Google Doc. You’ll have full access to it, with the ability to edit, update, and check your plan daily - keeping everything simple, clear, and in one place.
